Terms & Conditions

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: This Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years and older (an “Entrant”). This Promotion commences Monday 2 February 2026 at 12:00am AEDT and concludes on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT (the “Promotional Period”). Employees of Promoter, and their directors, officers, and their immediate families (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin) and household members, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities” or “Released Parties”), are not eligible to enter, including any other person who Promoter determines as ineligible due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, in Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
  2. PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible to enter, an Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, purchase in a single transaction a minimum of 20 Litres of Valvoline Premium Blue 8600 and/or Premium Blue 7800 product from the following pack sizes: 5L, 20L, 205L and 1,000L (each an “Eligible Product”) from any Cummins store located in Australia or New Zealand that stocks the Eligible Products (“Qualifying Purchase”). For every 20L of Eligible Products purchased, the Entrant will be entitled to one (1) entry into the draw.  For clarity, an Entrant can mix and match Eligible Products to make up a Qualifying Spend (e.g. a single transaction consisting of 1 x 5L Valvoline Premium Blue 8600 and 3x 5L Valvoline Premium Blue 7800 would constitute a Qualifying Purchase). If a Qualifying Purchase is made, the Entrant will be required to obtain a receipt for their Qualifying Purchase and retain their receipt/s as proof of purchase. If a receipt is not automatically provided to the Entrant, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to request one. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion, and there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the Entrant to access the website of entry via their Internet service provider.
  3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, each Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, visit valvolinepromotions.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry form, input the requested details including full name, mobile number, email address, the store where their Qualifying Purchase was completed and proof of purchase (altogether, an “Entry”). Failure to produce the required proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.  Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to Entry. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
  4. ENTRY LIMITS: There is no limit to the number of times an Entrant may enter the Promotion. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each Eligible Product purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, if an individual purchases, for example, three (3) Eligible Products in a single Qualifying Purchase, they will receive three (3) entries into the draw.
  5. PRIZE DRAW: The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 8th of April 2026 atEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at valvolinepromotions.com.au on the 14th April 2026.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. PRIZES/ VALUE: There will be a total of five (5) prizes available in this Promotion.
    • 6.1. The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) SNAPON 26" Seven-Drawer Single Bank Heritage Series Roll Cab (Red) and one (1) SNAPON 5-Drawer Top Chest (Red) valued up to $5,018 together.
    • 6.2. The next valid entry drawn will win one (1) Milwaukee 10-piece Power Pack Combo Kit valued at $2,499.
    • 6.3. The next three valid entries drawn will each win one (1) $500 Total Tools Gift Card.
    • 6.4. All prize values are valued in Australian dollars.
    • 6.5. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per Entrant (excluding SA residents).
    • 6.6. Promoter will not be liable for any delay attributable to the loss in transit of any prize. The Promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Snap-on, Sydney Tools or Milwaukee.
    • 6.7. Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
    • 6.8. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Total Tools Gift Cards are not included in the prize. Any unused balance of the Total Tools Gift Cards will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Total Tools Gift Cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Total Tools Gift Cards.
  7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. No prize substitution is allowed, in whole or in part, except by the Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. .The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the Entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to any prize or acceptance of any prize.
  8. TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE: The total prize pool value is $9,017.
  9. VERIFICATION: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and Entrant’s details (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
  10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: Prizes must be claimed by 10:59am AEST on the 11th of May 2026. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on the 11th of May 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at valvolinepromotions.com.au on the 18th of May 2026.
  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms and Conditions; (iii) to waive all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Promoter or Valvoline in connection with the Promotion or the prize; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s requests, participation or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the prize; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential), damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of any prize (or any component thereof); (d) any variation or change in the prize or prize value (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter), damaged or destroyed Entry (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by a Entrant.
  12. RIGHT TO CANCEL: Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority: (i) in the event the Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, (ii) if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, or (iii) if the Promotion is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures of any sort or any other causes beyond Promoter’s control, which in the sole opinion of Promoter, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, a notice thereof will be communicated to the Entrants. In such event, the Promotion Entities shall have no liability to any Entrant who is disqualified due to such action.
  13. FORCE MAJEURE: If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Promoter, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Promoter (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  14. USE OF DATA: Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, any information collected from the Promotion shall be used in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.cummins.com/privacy-and-legal and https://www.valvolineglobal.com/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees that the Promoter may collect and use Entrant’s personal information submitted in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian and New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entrants also acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, which provides, without limitation, certain information about how the Promoter collects, uses and shares information and how Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose personal information to any entity outside of Australia or New Zealand.
  15. DISPUTES:  The Promotion and these Terms of entry will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
  16. GENERAL: Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Receiving a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion details contained in any promotional materials, the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  17. PROMOTER DETAILS: This is a joint promotion with Valvoline (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 86 000 446 855) of Level 6, 2 Burbank Place, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153, telephone 1800 458 237, and Cummins South Pacific Pty Ltd. (ABN 42 006 332 949) of 2 Caribbean Drive, Scoresby, Victoria, 3179, telephone 1300 286 646 (individually and collectively the “Promoter”).
  18. PROMOTION ADVERTISING: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.
